Shipping policy

  1. Free delivery within Dubai for purchases of AED 2,500 or above.
  2. For purchases below AED 2,500, a delivery fee of AED 150 applies.
  3. Additional charges apply for other Emirates: Sharjah +AED 100, Abu Dhabi/Al Ain +AED 250, UAQ/RAK +AED 400.
  4. Extra charges may apply for stair carrying or higher floors. If the customer is not available at the scheduled time, a re-delivery fee of AED 150 will be charged.
