Terms of service

1. Order & Payment
- Full payment must be made before delivery.
- Accepted payment methods: Cash, Card, Bank Transfer,Tabby

2. Delivery
- Free delivery within Dubai for purchases of AED 2,500 or above.
- For purchases below AED 2,500, a delivery fee of AED 150 applies.
- Additional charges apply for other Emirates: Sharjah +AED 100, Abu Dhabi/Al Ain +AED 250, UAQ/RAK +AED 400.
- Extra charges may apply for stair carrying or higher floors. If the customer is not available at the scheduled time, a re-delivery fee of AED 150 will be charged.

3. Inspection & Acceptance
- Customers must inspect goods at the time of delivery.
- Once the delivery note is signed, goods are considered accepted in good condition.

4. Returns & Complaints
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects.
- Any issue must be reported immediately at the time of delivery.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, preference of color/size, or customer mishandling.

5. Product Condition
- All items are clearance stock and sold in the condition presented at the time of purchase.
- Unless a written warranty is specifically provided, no further warranty or guarantee applies.

6. General
- The company reserves the right to final interpretation of these terms.
By signing this Sales Order, the customer confirms that they have read and agreed to the above Terms & Conditions.
